While studying for a textiles exam, and extremely sleep deprived two friends and I came up with some crazy shoe ideas. One, Meagan, thought of was a boot made out of eel scales, with a fin down the back of the boot and back of the heel.
I found this fish image and it reminded me of our crazy ideas.
