Some of my meals

Broccoli Salad
Because I had a lot of broccoli to use up. 
ingredients: cheddar cheese, rasins, mayonaise, sugar, vinegar, 




Ginger tofu stir-fry
Ingredients: tofu, celery, vermillion rice noodles, onion, bok choy, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, oil, water, starch

Stuffed Mushrooms 
Ingredients: mushrooms, parmesan, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, pepper
