Blake Lively for Chanel

The day before last summers couture show, at a dinner Anna Wintour introduced Blake Lively to Chanel House designer Karl Lagerfeld. Lagerfeld then gave Lively a private tour of the runway set, the one with the golden lion in the centre. Six months later Lively is being photographed at the famous Chanel Rue Cambon headquarters for her new position of a Chanel Ambassador for the Chanel Mademoiselle line.

“How did Cinderella feel when she slipped on the glass slipper? How did Snow White feel when she met her Prince Charming? A dream come true is an understatement. I can say that I feel like the happiest, luckiest girl around.”

Some may argue that she is under qualified for this job but really what is the job description?
Blake is talented, gorgeous, and photographs well.

Some other ambassadors include:

Caroline Sieber, London based, stylist

Vanessa Trainia, New York based "muse" and stylist

Poppy Delevigne, London based model

Jen Brill, New York based marketing consultant

Leigh Lezark, london based dj

What do they do?
Poppy D said: We are basically friends of the house of Chanel and we see beauty products before they come out and kind of have our say on them, and we try  to represent the brand as best we can.

Jenn Brill said: Jen: We are invited to the shows and we get to borrow clothes before everyone els
