Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE Dubai. It is literally the most modern city in the world as 15 years ago there were only 4 small apartment buildings and small homes.
The proposed Dubai Wave Tower caught my eye the other day. It is going to be built over the water with a bridge? (this isn't clear) suspended and "waving" towards it. There are six or so portions that are brought up out of the water and swirl together into the sky to create this astounding building.
